I am a birth and postpartum doula based in Brevard, North Carolina, serving families in Brevard, Asheville, and the surrounding areas.

Caring for others has always been part of my life. I started early: as a mother’s helper, nanny, and later a preschool teacher. I also spent several years as a wedding planner, holding space for couples as they navigated big transitions, family dynamics, and the emotional weight of that season - long before I knew the word “doula.”

I believe that when a woman is truly supported - seen, held, and resourced- it shapes everything: her experience, her confidence, and and the foundation she’s building with her baby and partner. I’ve witnessed how much identity, rhythm, and daily life can shift in the transition into motherhood, and I care deeply about creating space where women feel steady, supported, and still connected to themselves. My work is rooted in deep attunement, evidence-based care, and meeting you as a whole person.

I’ve trained as both a birth and postpartum doula through DONA International and am currently working toward certification. I also hold training in childbirth education, prenatal yoga, and herbalism, which I thoughtfully integrate into my care.

Home is in Brevard - my wildland firefighter husband and I love spending time in our garden, exploring the mountains, and playing with our big dog, Kuma, and our cat, Jasper. We share a deep commitment to showing up when it matters.
